With a Personal Trainer you will receive a dynamic exercise program designed around you and your personal goals. Your trainer will motivate you and push you hard to reach your goals and maintain long-term results. Each session is different and you are guaranteed to get a high intensity workout. During your first session you will discuss your exercise and medical history. Your Personal Trainer will evaluate your aerobic fitness level, strength and range of motion in order to establish your starting point. Your long and short-term goals will also play a part in the creation of your Personal Training Program. Cardio workout is modeled after actual strip club dance moves. The cardio striptease workout burns a huge amount of calories and increases your flexibility and sexual appeal. Cardio striptease is a great lower body workout. It targets the bum and thighs because the majority of the movement comes from a deep squat position. Strong core strength is necessary to keep certain moves slowly and smooth, and along with stomach-specific exercises during the floor work, the abs are targeted as well. Cardio striptease is a great confidence builder. There are two workout programs: private session or group session. |
