Sveta has been involved in athletic activity and training for over fifteen years. Sveta's combined experience as a proffessional athlete in Freestyle, Group Fitness leader, Dance aerobics instructor, Fitness education manager, Weight Training Instructor and Personal Trainer has resulted in a dedicated fitness proffessional.
Sveta has been part of the Russian National Freestyle Mogul Team for six years. She has been winner of numerous European and Russian Mogul Skiin Chanpionships. Acknowledged best athlete of the year of Siberia in the years 1997-2001. Master Sports in Freestyle. Her competitive background gives Sveta a keen understanding of what is required to be winner and achieve your goals.
Sveta has had troubles in sports life: broke her back, knee surgery, disclocated shoulder, concussions. Positive thinking, abiding faith and manual labour helped her recover and train hard again.
Sveta finished University and post-graduate program on Physical education and sports, she is certified psychologist as well. Sveta started her fitness career as a Group fitness instructor and soon became an Education Manager Aerobic Federation, owner and general manager of the fitness club in Russia.

Arina has experience teaching PE at kindergarten, pre-school, and school levels (grades 1 to 12). Her responsibilities included full range of sports activities: PE, volleyball, basketball, badminton, track & field, swimming, skiing, floor-ball, table tennis, dodge ball, sports competitions, activity games and festivals (arm-wrestling, ringo, pioneer-ball, lapta, winter sports festival, spring welcoming festival, survival skills training, and farewell school cup). Arina is also experienced in planning, developing and implementing daily an weekly themed activities, focusing on providing children with opportunity to experience a wide variety of sports, games, arts, crafts, out trips and special events in a fun and safe environment. I hold current Emergency First Aid and CPR certificates.
Arina has graduated from Royal Sports College in Denmark (English program) where she received scholarship from Danish Government through International Youth Leadership Program. She also has Teacher's and Sports Specialist's Degree from Russian State University.She is a qualified instructor of volleyball, basketball, swimming. Arina also is a member of International Sports and Culture Association.
